This role will be responsible for supporting the IT Infrastructure for the plant
Will be the onsite SPOC for
- Setup and Maintenance of fiber and copper network, servers, firewalls and network devices
- Setup and Maintenance of Desktops, laptops, all EUCD devices (including Video Conference solutions, Projectors, plotters, printers etc.) including new initiatives and 24 X 7 Support.
- Vendor Management (including onboarding, payments, SLA adherence, product renewals etc.)
- Service desk management
- PR / PO creation
Asset Management of all IT assets throughout its lifecycle
- Ownership of IT Network, Server and Security infrastructure
- LAN Cabling (Fiber and Copper)
- Network Devices
- Servers and Storage
- Firewalls
- LAN Cabling (Fiber and Copper)
- Ownership of IT EUCD infrastructure
- Desktops / Laptops
- Workstations / Mobile Workstations
- Collaboration / Communication / VC Infrastructure
- Facilities (UPS / Printers / Scanners etc.)
- IT Asset Inventory Management (hardware and software)
- Service Desk Management
- Priority support for senior management personnel
- End User Data Backup Management
- Desktops / Laptops
- IT Adaption & Effectiveness
- Drive Availability, Effectiveness and Adaption of IT Infrastructure
- Continuous engagement/review with Infrastructure Hardware / Services partner/provider
- Ensure Effective business user support through optimal use of the Facility Management (FMS)/Helpdesk teams based on internal SLA and KPI
- Ensure Implementation / augmentation of requisite EUCD / Audio and Video infrastructure for projects / new or existing initiatives
- Drive Availability, Effectiveness and Adaption of IT Infrastructure
- IT Innovation / Awareness
- Continuous evaluation of new Hardware/Services from Solution Partners
- Continuous Evaluation and Monitoring of the IT Security Landscape and Threats, Statutory/Compliance Requirements
- Executing Training Programs to improve IT awareness (IT Controls/Governance) among team members and YOHT employees.
Conocimientos:
- Proficient in English
- 10+ years of experience in similar assignments with a Manufacturing company
- Experience of working in sites
- Strong Customer Support Skills
