Job Description Overview:
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Analysis:
o Conduct comprehensive walkthroughs of business processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
o Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and RPA integration.
2. Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
o Work closely with global stakeholders to analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements.
o Create Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs) for automation projects.
3. Solution Design & Mapping:
o Collaborate with the RPA development team to design scalable and efficient automation solutions.
o Map business processes to RPA workflows and recommend optimizations.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Act as a liaison between business users and the RPA development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
o Conduct workshops and discussions to ensure stakeholder buy-in and solution acceptance.
5. Quality Assurance & Testing:
o Define test scenarios and assist in functional, user acceptance, and regression testing of RPA solutions.
o Ensure the final solutions meet business needs and align with design specifications.
6. Deployment & Training:
o Support the deployment of RPA solutions and ensure smooth transition to production.
o Provide training and post-deployment support to end-users on the new processes.
7. Continuous Improvement:
o Evaluate the performance of deployed RPA solutions and recommend enhancements.
o Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in RPA and process automation.
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies
· Technical Expertise:
o Strong understanding of RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate.
o Knowledge of API integrations and workflow automation is an advantage
· Business Acumen:
o Ability to align automation solutions with organizational objectives.
o Skilled in creating process flow diagrams, wireframes, and documentation.
· Communication Skills:
o Proficiency in business English – written and spoken.
o Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
· Problem-Solving:
o Analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex problems and propose effective solutions.
· Tools & Technologies:
o Proficient in Excel, Visio, and other Microsoft Office tools.
o Exposure to project management tools like Jira, Trello, Zoho.
Qualifications
· Education:
o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience:
o 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on RPA and process automation.
o Demonstrated ability to work on end-to-end RPA project lifecycles.
· Certifications:
o RPA certifications (UiPath Advanced RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere, etc.) are a plus.
o Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification is desirable.
Additional Requirements
· Availability to work across multiple time zones when required.
· Interest in emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, or IoT is an advantage.
