Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced RPA & AI Client Services Project Manager to manage projects that implement robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of RPA and AI technologies, and excellent client-facing skills to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end delivery of RPA and AI projects, from initiation through implementation to post-launch support.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring that project objectives align with client expectations.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose RPA and AI solutions that meet client requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any issues.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, managing project teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring projects remain on track.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance against KPIs and milestones, implementing corrective actions as necessary to achieve project goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from clients and team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Atleast 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on RPA and AI solutions preferred.
• Proven experience in client management and delivering technology projects.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
• Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and AI technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Spanish/English].
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
