Overview:
The Head of Solutioning will be responsible for overseeing and managing a cross-functional team comprising Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Data Analytics experts. This role is key to bridging the gap between pre-sales business insights and effective, scalable solutions that align with customer needs. The ideal candidate will lead the solution design process, ensuring technical feasibility, timeline adherence, and delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Leadership and Team Management:
- Team Oversight: Manage and mentor Solution Architects, Project Managers, and the Data Analytics team, ensuring that all team members collaborate effectively to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the key link between different teams, facilitating smooth communication and ensuring alignment across the entire solutioning process.
- Skill Development: Foster an environment of continuous learning, ensuring that team members stay updated on the latest tools, technologies, and industry trends.
2.Solution Design and Architecture:
- Solution Architects: Lead the architectural design process by working closely with the Solution Architects to ensure all solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with customer requirements.
- Technical Feasibility: Validate the technical feasibility of proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with the team's capabilities and available resources.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks early in the design phase and work proactively to mitigate them.
3.Project Management:
- Project Managers: Oversee project planning, timeline creation, and resource allocation by working closely with Project Managers to ensure that all projects remain on track and within budget.
- Milestone Tracking: Ensure that project milestones and KPIs are clearly defined and met, coordinating with team members to address any challenges that may arise.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact between pre-sales teams, customers, and project managers to ensure that expectations are managed, and deliverables are clearly defined.
4.Data Analytics Integration:
- Data Analytics Team: Guide the Data Analytics team in leveraging data-driven insights to enhance solution designs and optimize processes.
- Strategic Use of Data: Ensure that analytics are effectively integrated into the overall solution, providing actionable insights to drive better decision-making and improve customer outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Use data analytics to refine and optimize ongoing projects, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet evolving customer needs.
Development and Delivery:
- Development Oversight: Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure that solutions are built according to the final design and adhere to best practices.
- Quality Control: Implement processes for iterative testing and validation throughout the development phase, ensuring that solutions meet the required standards before delivery.
- Solution Delivery: Ensure that the final product is delivered on time, meets customer expectations, and is fully supported by comprehensive technical documentation and training materials.
Handover and Post-Delivery Support:
- Handover Management: Lead the formal handover process of completed solutions to customers or internal operations teams, ensuring thorough documentation and training support.
- Customer Satisfaction: Manage post-delivery customer feedback, making sure that final adjustments are made to optimize the solution and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Ongoing Support: Coordinate any additional post-delivery support needed by the customer, ensuring smooth transitions and operational success.
Key Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams (Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Data Analysts).
- Deep understanding of solution design, architecture, and data analytics.
- Strong project management experience in RPA (UI Path) with the ability to lead complex, multi-phase projects from conception to delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in managing risk and ensuring the technical feasibility of solutions.
- Strong customer focus, ensuring solutions meet business and client expectations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology).
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with automation technologies, data analytics, and cloud architecture.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience working with data-driven decision-making processes
